- New patient evaluation and treatment- $185 (90-minutes)
- Existing patient treatment- $120 (60-minutes)
Payment in full due upon date of service for non-insurance patients.
Currently in-network with the following insurance companies: Kaiser Permanente
Co-pays collected upon date of service, co-insurance (if applicable) may be billed at a later date. Please refer to the Explanation of Benefits from your insurer for questions regarding co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, and whether the condition you are requesting to have treated is covered under your insurance company's medical acupuncture guidelines.
Superbills for submission to health savings account and/or insurance company for your reimbursement will be provided upon request.
